The Jasper River Centre is a $30M redevelopment project by Boxer Girl, LLC, to restore a historical part of Downtown Jasper, Indiana. The project site sits along 3rd Avenue on the north side of Patoka River and includes a new 84-room Fairfield Inn and Suites next to the Jasper Train Depot. Next to the hotel, the historic Jasper Cabinet building has been repurposed into 70+ residential apartments on the second and third floors with mixed-use retail space below and a rooftop bar & lounge.
