Jan Meeks

Janet M. Meeks is co-founder of Summit Real Estate Services. Ms.
Meeks has been in the commercial real estate field since 1981. She
began her career in real estate with General Growth Companies as
a full charge bookkeeper responsible for all accounting functions
related to the operation of a 1,000,000 square foot retail development.
In 1987 she joined Regency Property Management, Inc. as an Accounting
Clerk with full accounting responsibilities for shopping centers
comprising approximately 750,000 square feet. In 1989 Ms. Meeks
was promoted to Financial Analyst. Again in 1992, she was promoted
to Supervisor of Personnel and Administration. Prior to the formation
of Summit, she was promoted to Supervisor of Property Management
with full managerial responsibilities for twenty commercial properties
comprising over two million square feet in a four state area. Ms.
Meeks is a licensed real estate broker in Indiana and Kentucky,
a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and The
Evansville Rotary Club and serves on the Board of Vanderburgh County
CASA. |

Prior to joining Summit
Real Estate Services in 2003, Scott Hyatt was the Director of
Property Management for Regency Property Services, where he was
responsible for the direction of the company's property management
department as well as redevelopment of commercial properties,
marketing, managing and leasing on a local and regional level for
the various shopping centers and offices managed by Regency.
Throughout his professional career, Mr. Hyatt has been affiliated
with Trammell Crow Company in Philadelphia, Jones, Lang, LaSalle in
New York and David Hocker Associates in Kentucky. Mr. Hyatt is a
1989 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. He has a
Bachelor of Science in Finance, is a Certified Shopping Center
Manager as designated by the International Council of Shopping
Centers and is a licensed real estate broker with the Indiana and
Kentucky Real Estate Commissions. Mr. Hyatt is a member of the
International Council of Shopping Centers, The Evansville Rotary
Club and a member of the CCIM Institute with a Certified Commercial
Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

J. Todd Eissler joined Summit Real Estate Services in 2005. As an owner of commercial real estate and two supermarkets in southern Indiana since 1976, Mr. Eissler’s background and experience are valuable in working with both clients and customers. His life long residency in Warrick County affords him an extensive list of contacts and a wealth of information regarding the region. Prior to devoting his efforts full time to the sale and leasing of commercial real estate, Mr. Eissler was a professional baseball scout for the Major League Scouting Bureau and the Atlanta Braves organization. Mr. Eissler attended the University of Evansville and was on the Executive Board for Athletic Development and very active in fundraising and membership drives for the University. He is also the President of the Warrick County School Corp. Building Corporation and a licensed real estate sales associate in Indiana.

Andy Davidson has been in the Commercial Real Estate field since
1987. He has been responsible for the leasing and management
of properties for county government, individual owners,
institutional owners and family owned. Mr. Davidson has been
affiliated with Ershig Properties, Given & Spindler, The Glimcher Group, The
Brookhill Company, and Regency Property Management. Mr. Davidson is
a licensed real estate broker in Indiana, a graduate of Leasing
Institute of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and a
Ball State University graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in
Economics.

Kayce Zeller

Kayce Zeller, a licensed Sales Agent in Indiana, joined Summit Real
Estate Services in 2009 as Property Manager for shopping center and
office properties managed by Summit. As Property Manager, Ms.
Zeller is responsible for ongoing maintenance and management issues
as well as acting as the conduit between Tenant and Landlord.
Subsequent to Ms. Zeller’s graduation with a Degree in Design
Technology from Ivy Tech Community College in 2003, she gained
extensive commercial real estate experience as a real estate
assistant with Re/Max Commercial Real Estate and Woodward Commercial
Realty. Ms. Zeller is also active in the community as a member of
the Junior League of Evansville and through her service on the
Dunigan YMCA Programs Committee.

Sarah Kovack

Administrative Assistant

Sarah Kovack joined Summit Real Estate Services in 2008 as
Administrative Assistant. Ms. Kovack is a 2004 Graduate of Mount
Vernon Nazarene University in Ohio and holds a Bachelors Degree in
Visual Communication Design. Prior to joining Summit, and
subsequent to an intern position with Simon Property Group at
Eastland Mall in Evansville, Ms. Kovack was employed by Fifth Third
Bank. Ms. Kovack is active in Crossroads Christian Church and a
volunteer with Young Life of Newburgh.
